Services description

Working together we will focus on the fundamental pillars of nutrition, exercise, sleep, relationships and self-care. Change is created over time, but we all want quick results. You can have both: my program is designed for short-term wins and long-term success. My program is totally personalized, tailored to your needs! As we work together YOU will: Set and achieve your goals Improve your eating habits and explore new foods Understand and reduce your cravings Stop emotional eating Reach and maintain your natural weight Increase your energy Feel better in your body Improve your personal relationships Together WE will: Connect the dots between who you are and who you want to be Figure out your body's unique needs. Set your personal goals and work towards sustainable change What you get: 45-60 minute sessions Sessions will be weekly, bi-weekly, etc (depending on your needs) Sessions can be done in person if you live in Connecticut, USA, or via phone or Zoom Email support between sessions for when you feel stuck or just need encouragement Simple and healthy recipes Handouts that go along with session Are you ready to start living a Healthy Life?
